Shipping Policy
We ship to most European countries including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, and more.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at noreon956@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
